How to start a return

· Returns can only be set up within 60 days of the original ship date and must follow our Return Policy guidelines

· Go to the Start a Return page on our website

· Enter your order number

· Enter the email address used to place the order

· Select the item being returned

· Select the reason for the return

· Select refund to original payment method

· Choose whether you would like to purchase a $12 prepaid return shipping label

· Confirm the information provided

· Click Submit

You will then receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
