Return Policy
· Products must be returned in new, complete, and
unaltered condition within 60 days of original ship date.
· No signs of installation are allowed
· Original box, packaging, manuals, tags, and
literature must be included and undamaged
· Return shipping costs are the customer’s
responsibility
· U.S. customers may purchase a prepaid return
label for $12.00 USD
· Unused items with missing or damaged
packaging/materials may be returned to the customer or incur a
repackaging/repair fee up to 25%
· Used or altered items are not eligible for
return
· If used/altered items are received: items with
value below return shipping cost will be disposed of without refund; items with
value above return shipping cost allow the customer to choose return shipping
or disposal without refund
· Returns are inspected within 1–5 business days
after receipt
· Refunds are then issued; credit card posting may
take an additional 2–10 business days
· If the online price drops during the
return/exchange period, a price match is available upon request and a coupon
for the difference will be provided for future purchases; requests must be made
within the return/exchange period
