Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty claims should be submitted to the official DENALI Distributor in your country or the retailer from whom you purchased the product. North American customers may file warranty claims directly to us which will be processed by our North American Distributor Twisted Distributing. 
  • Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased item at our discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Normal wear and abrasion
    • Misuse or improper installation
    • Accidents
    • Alteration or disassembly of electronics
    • Sun fading of finishes
    • Damage to original vehicle parts due to item failure, crashes, improper installation, or improper use
  • Coverage is limited to the original purchaser from Denali Electronics or an authorized reseller (proof of purchase required).
  • Warranty does not apply to used items purchased through third-party sellers (e.g., Craigslist, eBay).
  • Warranty is limited to the terms stated above; all other warranties are excluded, including:
    • Implied warranties of merchantability
    • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Shipping costs to Denali Electronics are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Labor costs (e.g., third-party installation, removal, reinstallation, or vehicle repairs) are not covered.

  • To process a warranty claim, we require that the product to be shipped back to us for inspection at the owner's expense. Once the product is inspected, our warranty team will either repair the product to working condition, provide a replacement part, or provide a working replacement in similar or better cosmetic condition if the product can not be repaired. Denali Electronics will pay to ship the  item back to customers located within the US (excluding AK, HI, PR).
